Alignment and corrective actions

MFS offers alignment checks and corrective services, based on the latest (laser) technology.

Even the smallest tolerance deviations can thus be detected with laser accuracy and can make a huge difference.

Our technicians also master the alignment method using dial indicators, as this method is required or preferred in some specific cases.

Alignment corrections can be needed to achieve the required geometric precision of machines and assets.

Before commissioning machines, geometric measurements should be carried out on the total shaft line, including; gearboxes, gas turbine, generator/compressor and possibly other auxiliaries.
